02. How to order our printed packaging?

We will require an initial payment of 50% of your order and your signed artwork approval before the production starts. The balance of your order is payable when your custom printed takeaway packaging arrives at our depot.

 

03. How much printed packaging should I order?

For your initial order, we suggest you should aim to order at least 3 months supply of your anticipated requirements. And for subsequent orders, we suggest at least 2 months supply.

 

04. How do I provide you with my artwork?

We will provide you with our design template. You will need to submit your artwork in PDF or AI format using CMYK colour formatting. For PDF format, please save file as Press Quality PDF with font embedded and 300dpi high resolution. For AI format, please remember to convert fonts to outlines.

 

 

Once the remaining balance of your order has been settled, we can arrange delivery to you which will take between 3-5 working days. Delivery is free within the M25 area providing the value of the delivered goods is over £150 ex VAT. If you require next day delivery, this can be arranged subject to a delivery fee.

 

07. What if I need the packaging to be delivered outside the M25 area?

We can arrange for courier companies to deliver outside the M25 area subject to a delivery fee.

 

08. What if I run out of my printed packaging?

If your next shipment of branded takeaway packaging has yet to arrive but you have run out of stock, you could consider purchasing plain packaging from us to help you get by.

 

09. How will I know how much printed packaging I have left in your storage?

After every delivery to you, we will email you a delivery note and statement confirming your balance in our storage.
